Job summary
A leading engineering firm in South Africa seeks a Discipline Lead for Geometrics to lead their geometrics engineering discipline within the transport sector. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality designs, mentoring your team, and managing client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years in geometric and road design, with strong skills in AutoCAD and Bentley software. This role offers competitive remuneration based on expertise and experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years in geometric and road design.
- SANRAL Design Specialist (DS) certification or eligibility.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the geometrics design team.
- Manage and review geometric designs, ensuring compliance with standards.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in transport infrastructure.
