About the role

We're looking for an AI Automation Specialist to help architect and implement proprietary AI-powered solutions within the Claude API framework. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in AI/ML, automation, and custom API development who is excited to build practical, high-impact tools that transform how a law firm functions, from lead intake to trial preparation. Experience working with a US-based Law Firm is a strong plus.

What you'll be doing

• Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation across legal processes
• Build custom AI integrations using the Claude API for tasks like: Intake automation, Lead follow-ups, Medical chronology generation, Drafting demand letters, and Discovery support and trial preparation
• Work closely with legal teams to understand workflow pain points and translate them into AI solutions
• Develop and test automation pipelines to ensure reliability, scalability, and legal accuracy
• Continuously improve integrations based on user feedback and real-world performance
• Stay current with advancements in AI (especially Claude and similar LLMs) and suggest new applications for the firm

Who are we looking for
