- Develop and execute design concepts and plans
- Create detailed 2D and 3D drawings
- Produce high-quality CGI visuals
- Use software such as 5D Planner, 3Ds Max, Revit, and Lumion to create comprehensive design solutions
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in 3D drawings
- To have a good taste in design
- Proficiency in either 3Ds Max, Revit, AutoCAD, Lumion, or 5D Planner
- Strong skills in creating both 3D drawings and updating them into technical drawings
- Ability to produce high-quality CGI visuals
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work independently
- Good time‑management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and a passion for design
