We're looking for a self‑motivated, driven Recruitment Operations Associate to join us remotely.
You’ll work directly with the founder and play a key role in building our pipeline of candidates and clients.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on targets, takes ownership, and wants to grow fast in a performance‑driven environment.
LinkedIn Outreach: Run daily messaging campaigns to generate candidate leads and maintain active pipelines.
Post‑Call Support: After the founder speaks to a candidate, you’ll:

Mandatory: Reliable Wi‑Fi connection and a computer suitable for full‑time remote work.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Proficiency with LinkedIn, Google Docs, and email communication.
Self‑starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
Target‑driven mindset: comfortable with KPIs, quotas, and tracking performance.
Bonus: Previous experience in recruitment, sales outreach, or lead generation.
Competitive base salary plus uncapped, high commission.
