About the Role

GenRevv is seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy HubSpot Automation Specialist. This individual will be responsible not only for setting up and maintaining HubSpot automations but also for orchestrating a variety of other technical workflows and integrations. If you're adept at using tools such as Make (Integromat), Zapier, Python scripts, Google Apps Script, and Excel to build and optimize data processes and workflows, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Architect and implement complex HubSpot workflows, sequences, and email campaigns across multiple client brand guidelines.
  • Adapt existing automations based on client feedback or evolving requirements, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
  • Build and maintain integrations using Make (Integromat) and Zapier to streamline data flow between HubSpot and external applications.
  • Develop and maintain low-code or Python scripts to handle custom logic, data transformations, and automation tasks.
  • Utilize Google Apps Script for advanced reporting, data manipulation, and process automation within the Google Workspace ecosystem.
  • Gather and structure complex datasets from various sources (HubSpot, Excel, Google Sheets, etc.) for deeper insights.
  • Design dashboards and generate real-time reports that highlight KPIs, presenting actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Conduct QA checks to ensure data integrity and accurate reporting.
  • Act as the first line of technical support for automation, scripting, and integrations, diagnosing and resolving issues swiftly.
  • Perform ongoing maintenance, updates, and improvements to all existing automations and scripts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and client teams to handle technical roadblocks.
  • Evaluate existing processes to identify automation and efficiency opportunities.
  • Rigorously test workflows, scripts, and automations for reliability, scalability, and security.
  • Implement best practices for documentation, version control, and continuous improvement.
  • Uphold highest security and confidentiality standards to protect sensitive client data at all times.
  • Monitor integrations for compliance and address potential vulnerabilities promptly.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years experience working with HubSpot.
  • Hands‑on experience with Python, Make (Integromat), Zapier, Google Apps Script, and low‑code platforms.
  • Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and other data visualization or BI tools.
  • Able to manipulate and interpret complex datasets to glean actionable insights.
  • Proven track record of designing, building, and troubleshooting complex marketing and sales automations across multiple platforms.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, diagnosing and resolving technical issues quickly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, collaborating seamlessly with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Willingness to share knowledge, document processes, and contribute to continuous learning.
  • Must be willing to work Full Time Eastern Standard U.S. Hours.
