We’re building a global movement of bold, purpose-driven Gen Z changemakers. So far, over 15,000 young pirates have been part of our programs, and this is just the beginning.

Now we’re looking for someone who can take our community to the next level.

Not someone who just posts on Instagram or hangs out in Discord all day.

We’re looking for someone who can activate, empower, and grow a tribe.

Someone who knows how to spark movements, not just manage groups.

Someone who can do epic shit!

What you'll be doing

You’ll be the heart of our pirate crew—supporting, connecting, and elevating our young changemakers around the world.

Some things you’ll own:

• Launch and support local pirate chapters around the globe
• Co-lead our flagship initiatives (Moonshot Mindset, Launchpad, Shape the Future Challenges)
• Develop and implement innovative concepts and programs designed to activate our existing community, deepen engagement, and strategically grow our membership base.
• Host epic online and offline events, meetups, workshops, demo days
• Spot the rising stars in our community and help them lead and contribute
• Build partnerships that offer our pirates cool perks, access to events, resources, or tools
• Shape the vibe and energy in our Discord and other digital spaces
• Own our social media presence—share real stories, not just curated fluff
• Create content and rituals that help pirates feel seen, supported, and inspired
• Track what’s working and what’s not—and keep improving how we show up for our community

Who you are

• You’ve built and led communities before (3+ years preferred)
• You’re excited by Gen Z, entrepreneurship, and real-world impact
• You’re a natural connector, you know how to bring people together
• You can write clearly, speak human, and think in systems
• You love building things from scratch and figuring stuff out as you go
• You’re curious, creative, and kind, and not afraid to get your hands dirty
• You always, always, always challenge the status quo and make us better
• You’re up for traveling a few times a year to pirate events around the world
• Have worked with social impact programs or education
• Know tools like Notion, Discord, and Canva
• Can run a killer workshop or host an engaging live session

You’ll get to:

Start Date: As soon as we find you.

Location: Remote, with occasional travel to San Francisco, Vienna, Cape Town & pirate events.
