We are looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant who can take ownership, move fast, and get things done independently for a small fast-paced business.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and schedule social media content (mainly LinkedIn)
• Create basic visual assets using Canva or similar
• Keep founders organised in tasks, tools, follow-ups, etc.
• Spot problems and take initiative to solve them
• Handle sensitive info with discretion and integrity
• Be incredibly conscientious with a good eye for detail
  
  

Who You Are

• You follow through on what you say you’ll do
• You’re proactive and you figure things out
• You have design and social media experience (and pick things up fast)
• You’re available consistently during agreed-upon hours
• You are happy to get stuff done with minimal supervision
  
  

Details

• Part-time (10–15 hrs/week to start, could be ideal to fit around school runs)
• Fully remote
• Flexible hours, as long as deadlines are met
