Hotel Group with head offices in Randburg are looking for a Financial Accountant.

The candidate will meticulously drive the business and must be able to do accounts up to Trial Balance, compile, read and analyse financial statements / income statements.Duties : Maximizing cash flow performance of the hotel / sEnforcing & establishing adequate controls for all revenues and protection of assetsProviding financial guidance in the formulation and implementation of the hotels business plan and departmental budgetsStaff development & trainingRequirements : Grade 12Financial / Accounting Degree or DiplomaA minimum 5 years of experience in the Hotel / Hospitality industryA proven track record in a similar role within a hospitality environment and to be able to demonstrate excellent standards and team member managementCommercially aware and a natural problem solverDriven and ambitious to inspire the team to consistently deliver and exceedClear thinker with excellent communication abilitiesStrong knowledge of payroll, budget and revenue systemsAn ability to build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
