• Plan and manage the end-to-end execution of online product launches.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and sales.

• Create launch timelines, coordinate promotional content, and ensure milestones are met.

• Organize virtual events such as webinars, influencer showcases, and live Q&A sessions.

• Oversee logistics of the virtual launch—email campaigns, landing pages, digital invites, etc.

• Monitor launch performance using analytics tools and provide post-event reports.

• Manage vendor communication and freelance contributors such as designers or speakers.

• Ensure brand consistency and a smooth customer journey across all launch touchpoints.

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field (preferred).

• Proven experience in digital marketing, virtual event coordination, or project management.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask under tight deadlines.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Familiarity with webinar platforms (Zoom, WebEx, Teams), project tools (Asana, Trello), and email marketing systems (Mailchimp, Constant Contact).

• Creative mindset with attention to detail and a flair for visual storytelling.

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in event management, marketing coordination, or online campaigns.

• Freelance, part-time, or agency experience is also acceptable.

• Experience with launching digital products, SaaS tools, or eCommerce items is a plus.

• Flexible working hours based on project timelines and time zone coordination.

• Availability during product launch week and key coordination phases is essential.

• Approximately 15–25 hours/week depending on the size of the launch campaign.
