Progressive Technology is seeking dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Representatives to join our growing remote team. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions, provide accurate information, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound customer calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

  • Make outbound calls to follow up with customers, verify information, or conduct feedback surveys.

  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, billing, and company policies.

  • Resolve customer complaints by identifying issues, providing solutions, and escalating complex cases when necessary.

  • Document customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in company systems.

  • Meet daily/weekly performance targets including call handling time, quality scores, and customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve call center processes and performance.

  • Maintain confidentiality of customer information and comply with company policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree is a plus).
