The Elite Job is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a Virtual Assistant, you will provide administrative support, manage schedules, handle communications, and assist with various business operations. Manage and coordinate calendars, appointments, and meetings.
Handle email correspondence, including responding to inquiries and organizing inboxes.
Assist with data entry, document preparation, and report generation.
Conduct online research and compile relevant information as needed.
Provide customer service support via email, chat, or phone.
Assist in managing social media accounts, including posting content and engaging with audiences.
Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, and other administrative documents.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure sensitive information is handled securely.
Perform other administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
Familiarity with virtual communication tools like Zoom, Slack, and Trello.

Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar remote role.

Previous experience working in a remote environment is preferred.
