Progressive Technology is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Virtual Assistant & Data Entry Specialist to support our team remotely. This role is ideal for individuals who are looking for flexible part-time work while contributing to a dynamic and growing company. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, handling data entry assignments, and assisting in virtual operations that ensure the smooth functioning of daily business activities.
Perform accurate and timely data entry into company systems, spreadsheets, and databases.
Assist with managing email correspondence, scheduling, and calendar coordination.
Support document preparation, file management, and online record-keeping.
Provide virtual assistance to team members in various administrative functions.
Handle online research tasks and prepare summarized reports.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure data security at all times.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Strong computer literacy, particularly in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools.
Fast and accurate typing skills with excellent attention to detail.
