Job summary
A leading IT service provider is seeking an IT Support Engineer to handle high-priority incidents and take ownership of critical client systems. You will collaborate with clients and third-party vendors to resolve sophisticated infrastructure issues, and must have over 5 years of experience in an IT support environment. - 5+ years of experience in an MSP or enterprise IT support environment.

- Familiarity with backup & DR platforms (Datto, Veeam).

- Diagnose and resolve issues related to Windows Server environments.
- Interface directly with clients for expert-level support.
