The Elite Job is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic online team.

As a Marketing Assistant, you will support our marketing initiatives, help implement campaigns, analyze data, and collaborate with team members to ensure the effective promotion of our products and services.

Assist in the development and execution of online marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other digital platforms.

Monitor and report on campaign performance, using analytics tools to provide actionable insights.

Create engaging content for social media posts, newsletters, blogs, and promotional materials.

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences.

Coordinate with external vendors and internal teams to ensure marketing materials are delivered on time.

Maintain and update the company's digital presence, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.

Support the team with administrative tasks related to marketing projects, events, and campaigns.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).

Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, social media trends, and online advertising.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with tools like Canva, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

0–2 years of experience in marketing or digital marketing roles is preferred but not mandatory.

Internship or freelance experience in online marketing is an advantage.

Flexible working hours, 5 days a week (remote work option available).

Part-time and full-time arrangements can be discussed based on candidate availability.
