A leading fintech group is seeking a Sales Manager in Durban to drive business growth in their Digital Assets line. This role requires 5-10 years of experience in sales within fintech or digital assets. You will own the entire sales lifecycle and be responsible for achieving TPV and revenue targets, while maintaining strong relationships with institutional clients. Our client is seeking an ambitious Sales Manager to accelerate client acquisition, grow settlement volumes, and strengthen corridor activity within their Digital Assets business line. This role is hands‑on and results‑driven – ideal for someone with a strong network across PSPs, OTC traders, crypto exchanges, or financial institutions who can drive business volume directly into our client’s network. You will own the full sales lifecycle from prospecting and negotiation to onboarding and activation and will play a key role in achieving the company’s TPV and revenue targets.
