Job summary
A logistics firm in Pretoria is searching for a CCMDD Receiving and Warehouse Manager to ensure efficient stock levels meet patient demands. The successful candidate will handle the accurate and timely receipt of stock, comply with departmental processes, and report any delivery errors promptly. This role is vital in maintaining service quality and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills and experience in stock management.
Responsibilities
- Accurate and timely receipt of stock from suppliers and provincial depots.
- Compliance with receiving processes as outlined in our Departmental Manual and SOPs.
- Adequate adherence to receiving timelines as per our Departmental Manual and SOPs.
- Rapid reporting and escalation of delivery errors or challenges according to our Departmental Manual and SOPs within agreed timelines.
Effective Stock Management is a critical aspect of our dispensary operations.
As the CCMDD Receiving and Warehouse Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring that we have efficient stock levels to meet patient demands within set time frames and budgets.
