Job Title: Senior Process Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Process Engineer to lead our process engineering team on assigned projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemical engineering, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in process design and engineering for chemical, petrochemical, or related industries.

A successful candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to mentor junior engineering staff and ensure compliance to regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the process engineering team on assigned projects, ensuring technical quality, efficiency, and compliance with project requirements.
• Develop and review process deliverables including PFDs, P&IDs, mass and energy balances, process datasheets, and design calculations.
• Ensure the quality of generated design documentation is at the highest standard.
• Plant commissioning and troubleshooting.
• Ensuring compliance to regulatory requirements.
• Hydraulic calculations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering (BEng).
• Minimum 10 years of EPCM experience in process design and engineering for chemical, petrochemical, or related industries.
• Proven experience with gas handling systems and processes involving flammable or toxic substances.
• Demonstrated experience in PRV sizing and Hazardous Area Classification.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as Lead Process Engineer on medium to large-scale projects.
