Job Summary : This role is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, managing receiving and dispatch processes, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures, and supervising staff.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Oversee and manage the efficient flow of goods in and out of the warehouse.
  • Implement and maintain standard operating procedures to improve productivity and minimize losses.
  • Supervise and guide warehouse staff in their daily tasks and responsibilities.
  • Handle customer-related issues, repairs, exchanges, and stock control.
  • Plan and coordinate deliveries and collections.
Requirements :
  • Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
  • 4+ years of experience in warehouse, retail, or receiving environments.
  • Proven leadership skills with at least 4+ years in a managerial role leading 18+ staff members.
  • Excellent time management, attention to detail, and communication skills.
  • Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Pastel systems an advantage.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
