Overview

This is a remote position. The Product Delivery Lead is responsible for leading product development initiatives managing end-to-end product life-cycles and ensuring that all financial products and tools support business objectives regulatory requirements and user needs. This individual will work closely with Manufacturing and Logistics teams Technology partners and Senior Management to build refine and scale MTD and LE products & processes that drive business efficiency compliance and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead product development initiatives and manage end-to-end product life-cycles to meet business objectives, regulatory requirements, and user needs.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing and Logistics teams, Technology partners, and Senior Management to refine and scale MTD and LE products and processes.

Requirements

• Proven track record with CPG industry experience and demonstrable experience in SAP design, build & test and deployment, having been involved in multiple full lifecycle implementations.
• Proven experience in delivering business transformation programs.
• Deep hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Logistics Execution and Manufacturing Modules with demonstrable solution design and delivery.
• General SAP technical skills including up and downstream integration across connecting modules and products for example but not limited to Order To Cash (OTC), Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and Transportation Management (TM).
• Understanding of IDOCs and APIs for integration to 3rd parties and 3PL providers.
• Specific SAP S/4HANA process and configuration experience in LE and MTD processes (BMMMPMQMLE EWMPP).
