SydSen Recruit is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer for an exciting opportunity in the Middle East.

Graphic design involves more than aesthetics; it requires intelligence, creativity, technical skills, and versatility across various visual and digital platforms.

We are looking for a visionary designer capable of translating concepts into impactful imagery, compelling layouts, and strategic media integration.

Requirements :

• 3+ years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer
• Valid South African Passport
• A professional portfolio showcasing past projects and designs
• Excellent employment references
• Fluency in English
• Certificate or diploma in Graphic Design or a related field
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
• UX/UI Design certificates (advantageous)
• Knowledge of Figma, Canva, or Sketch (advantageous)
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for web design roles (advantageous)
• Willingness to relocate to the Middle East

Responsibilities :

1. Create visual concepts that communicate ideas, captivate audiences, and promote brands across digital and print platforms.
2. Design marketing materials such as brochures, posters, flyers, social media graphics, email templates, and advertisements.
3. Develop and maintain brand identity through consistent use of color, fonts, imagery, and visual tone.
4. Collaborate with marketing teams, copywriters, and other creative members to produce cohesive campaigns.
5. Edit and retouch images to meet high visual standards and project requirements.
6. Prepare final artwork for production, ensuring accuracy in layout, typography, and file formats.
7. Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure innovative approaches.
8. Take briefs from clients or stakeholders and translate them into clear design deliverables.
9. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without sacrificing quality.
10. Present design concepts and incorporate feedback to refine work.
