You’ll join a small, high-performance pod supporting 3–5 clients, each with unique brand voices and growth goals.

We blend creative storytelling with data-driven marketing and AI-powered workflows to help brands grow efficiently and intelligently.

We’re looking for a Junior Designer to support the creative production needs across multiple DTC brands.

You’ll work closely with our Creative Lead and Ops Manager to design visually engaging assets for paid ads, emails, and social media content.

This role is ideal for a designer who’s detail-oriented, fast-learning, and eager to grow within a high-performance team.

You’ll help bring each brand’s visual identity to life while maintaining consistency and quality across deliverables.

• Design static and motion graphics for social media, email, and paid ads
• Adapt and resize existing creative assets for multiple platforms and formats
• Collaborate with internal teams to interpret briefs and deliver high-quality visuals
• Maintain organized file systems and version control for client assets
• Support the creation of content calendars and visual templates
• Assist with brand consistency across all client accounts
• Use AI and design tools to streamline production and ideation

• 1-3 years of design experience (internship or agency experience preferred)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects & Canva / Figma)
• Strong sense of layout, color, and typography
• Understanding of digital design formats for social and paid media
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in communication
• Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating quickly
• Willingness to learn and apply AI-assisted design tools

• Experience with short-form video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
• Familiarity with DTC, eCommerce, or agency environments
• Basic motion design or animation skills
• Understanding of creative performance metrics and A / B testing

Part-time position (20 hours per week)

Must have partial overlap with US hours (6 AM to 2 PM EST / 12 PM to 8 PM SAST)
