Job summary
A digital wellness brand is seeking a Head of E-Commerce Marketing to shape and drive the e-commerce strategy. The candidate will lead all digital marketing efforts and be responsible for performance across the e-commerce funnel. Ideal applicants will have over 5 years of experience in e-commerce and a proven track record of increasing online sales and customer lifetime value. The position offers a competitive salary of R40,000 - R60,000 per month and is remote with UK working hours.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of e-commerce/digital marketing experience, ideally in regulated sectors like wellness, health, or pharma.
- Proven track record of growing online sales and customer lifetime value.
- Native-level English communication skills, with fluency in UK spelling and tone.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic direction and execution of digital marketing efforts.
- Define and deliver initiatives that drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Own the marketing budget and P&L to drive profitable growth.
- Oversee performance reporting, KPI tracking, and ROI analysis.
