Job summary

The successful candidate will ensure effective administration, manage employee clocking data, resolve queries, and compile reports.   • Execute general administration for the Service Centre as required.
  • Action employee clocking data on a daily basis.
  • Investigate and resolve salary and leave queries of all Warehouse employees.
  • Compile relevant employee reports for the Line Manager.
  • Execute Service Centre inventory control.

Job Purpose

Responsible for performing a clerical service for the Service Centre to achieve the effective and efficient administration of the Service Centre.

Education And Experience

Grade 12, Tertiary Qualification in Human Resource Management / Business Administration (Compulsory). 3+ years experience in an Administrative role in the same or similar role

Required Job Competencies
  • Execute general administration for the Service Centre as required
  • Action employee clocking data on a daily basis and submit through to the HR department for payment of salaries
  • Investigate and resolve salary, leave etc. queries of all Warehouse employees
  • Compile relevant employee reports for the Line Manager
  • Execute Service Centre inventory control and safekeeping practices
  • Execute activities to comply with relevant safety policies and procedures
  • Deal with internal and external customers in a customer-centric manner
  • Effective self-management and teamwork
  • Ability to multi-skill across departments where and when required
