Are you dynamic, flexible, and ready for adventure? We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support our Director, marketing team, and operations staff. This vital role will drive our leisure portfolio forward and support marketing initiatives across the group. You will work closely with leadership to implement operational improvements, deliver exceptional customer service, and ensure that projects are executed smoothly. Flexibility and a love for travel are essential!
Key responsibilities:
• Collaborate with leadership to implement new initiatives and operational improvements.
• Responsible for driving strategies to increase overall occupancy for the leisure group, ensuring optimal performance and growth in bookings.
• Support the Marketing Team and Operations Staff to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
• Ensure operational processes and procedures are adhered to and continuously improved.
• Assist with the integration of new processes across departments.
• Collect, validate, and report data to improve customer service and operational outcomes.
• Maintain and manage regular reporting schedules.
• Utilise resources effectively to promptly support operations and resolve queries.
Requirements:
• Ability to adapt quickly, prioritise effectively, and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Willingness and excitement to travel extensively within South Africa.
• Track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
• Valid driver's license — and a love for driving across South Africa!
• Experience within the agricultural industry will be beneficial.
• 3+ Years experience within a marketing role.

Compensation:
We offer a competitive package including a basic salary and commission based on increased leisure occupancy, rewarding your efforts in driving growth and customer satisfaction.
Location?
Although our head office is in Pretoria, you will be working throughout South Africa. (Occasional international travel)
