Candidates should have 5–10 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and must thrive in fast-paced environments. This full-time role demands a proactive individual who can manage tasks independently while ensuring clarity and focus for the CEO. A unique opportunity to influence organizational growth and leadership.
I’m helping Real Hires find a top candidate to join their team full-time for the role of Executive Assistant to the CEO.
You’ll amplify a visionary's impact and build global growth systems.
Compensation : Provide your expected compensation while applying
Location : Remote : South Africa
Mission of Real Hires : "Our mission is to connect companies with top-tier global talent by delivering high-caliber, long-term hires that drive real business growth."
What makes you a strong candidate
You are proficient in SOP, Executive assistance, CRM.
You have the potential to develop in Operational staffing management.
English – Fully fluent.
At RealHires, we’re building the most trusted global staffing company for U.S. businesses, and every role is designed to drive growth.
We’re hiring an elite-level Executive Assistant / Operator to work directly with Founder & CEO Aaron Klein, a visionary entrepreneur building multiple technology and staffing platforms.
Your role is to be the stabilizer, the finisher, and the amplifier who turns sparks into systems.
If Aaron is the ignition, you are the engine that ensures momentum never stalls and growth continues.
This is not a traditional assistant role.
You will operate as an extension of the CEO’s mind, anticipating, filtering, and prioritizing so he remains focused on vision, sales, client relationships, and growth strategy.
You will be the operator who clears the runway :
Turning raw ideas into finished guides, posts, and client tools.
Building SOPs, trackers, and briefs that make execution predictable.
Protecting the CEO's time, clarity, and energy.
If you thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy bringing order to visionary chaos, and feel satisfaction from finishing what others start, you will excel here.
Protect time and clarity.
Deliver daily and weekly briefs with top priorities, pipeline updates, and client issues.
End each day with a Done List to maintain visible momentum.
Maintain inbox, calendar, and CRM to ensure nothing slips.
Content and authority support.
Capture ideas from voice notes and convert them into LinkedIn drafts, client guides, or frameworks.
Manage, organize, and tag a content library to maintain consistent flow.
Support authority-building projects such as testimonials, case studies, and newsletters.
Client experience and retention.
Systematize onboarding with welcome packs, next steps documents, and kickoff emails.
Coordinate testimonials, gifting, and routine client touchpoints.
Prepare the CEO for client calls with concise briefs and log insights into the CRM.
Project finishing : keep website, branding, and product milestones on track.
Coordinate with vendors, track progress, and elevate decisions clearly.
Close loops that others leave open.
Strategic insights : research tools, partners, and opportunities.
Deliver 1-page briefs with options and recommendations.
The CEO begins and ends each day with clarity.
Content output flows consistently through organized idea capture and publishing.
Client experience remains seamless through onboarding, follow-ups, and touchpoints.
Projects reach completion, including websites, guides, and systems.
The CEO spends most of the week focused on vision, sales, content, and client relationships.
5–10 years in an EA, Chief of Staff, or operations role supporting a founder or CEO.
Demonstrated ability to turn chaos into clarity for high-energy, visionary leaders.
Evidence of building systems such as CRM processes, SOPs, onboarding flows, and content libraries.
Strong communication skills with the ability to write clearly and draft in another person's voice.
Proven client-facing professionalism, representing leadership with clients, partners, and vendors.
High follow-through and ability to complete tasks without reminders.
Assertive yet diplomatic approach to maintaining aligned priorities.
This role is not for
People who require constant direction or detailed to-do lists.
Individuals who start quickly but rarely finish.
Those who become rattled by shifting priorities or tight timelines.
People who guard evenings and weekends strictly; the role requires flexibility.
Anyone who sees themselves as a secretary rather than a strategic operator.
Individuals who avoid direct feedback or take it personally.
Those comfortable with "done" instead of "done right."
A service-oriented achiever who finds fulfillment in enabling someone else’s success.
A low-ego operator who thrives behind the scenes.
A structured finisher who builds systems for others to follow.
A calm anchor who maintains focus when new ideas arise.
A trusted gatekeeper capable of managing inbox, calendar, and reputation.
This is a high-intensity partnership, not a back-office role.
If you are structured, proactive, confident, and committed to finishing what others start, you will help unlock the CEO’s potential and support RealHires in scaling into a global authority on talent.
If this resonates with you, apply now.
