This remote role involves curating research data, coordinating content updates across platforms, and ensuring data integrity. What You’ll Do
The Centre of Excellence (COE) is the driving force behind SmartPA, where strategy comes to life. As part of this dynamic, client‑facing department, you’ll be the heartbeat of our business – delivering high‑impact, tailored support to a key client account daily.
In the role of Business Support Executive, you’ll provide bespoke solutions to a variety of stakeholders, tackle real challenges, and build meaningful relationships.
This role is assigned to a dedicated client – a global tech giant – representing our brand while working closely with them.

You are highly organized, meticulous, and comfortable handling large volumes of information. You have a natural curiosity about data systems and always look for ways to make processes more efficient. You communicate effectively, translating technical data concepts to non‑technical colleagues.

Monday – Friday, 2:00pm to 10:30pm (UK time) covering 9:00am to 5:30pm (EST)
