Job summary
A recruitment agency in South Africa seeks a Virtual Advisor to provide expert advice for personal lines insurance. Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in short-term personal lines insurance sales.
- Must meet FAIS Fit and Proper Requirements including passing the Regulatory Exam for Representatives (RE5).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

- Providing solutions for clients’ personal lines insurance needs.
- Servicing customers and regularly reviewing their portfolios.
- Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with stakeholders.
- Adhering to compliance requirements in practice management.

Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in short-term personal lines insurance sales.
- To meet the FAIS Fit and Proper Requirements, including having an FSCA-approved qualification and the Regulatory Exam for Representatives (RE5).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to work independently.
- Strong time management skills and computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office.
- To be energetic, self-motivated, and driven.
