Job summary
A recruiting firm is seeking a Collections & Recovery Manager to manage collection strategies and ensure compliance. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and proven experience in debt collections. This fully remote opportunity is ideal for those proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel and SQL.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in debt collections or similar role in financial services.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as Excel and SQL.
Responsibilities
- Manage collections policy and strategies.
- Monitor performance of operational channels.
- Collaborate with channels for treatments.
Skills
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in debt collections, financial analysis, or a similar role within the financial services industry.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as Excel, SQL
- EF Collections Policy
