Our client is a dynamic international performance marketing agency specialising in the online gambling, casino, and sports betting industries. With a strong foothold across regulated and emerging markets, they deliver high-impact campaigns that combine creative precision, data intelligence, and compliance expertise. This is an opportunity to join a forward-thinking team shaping digital advertising for the iGaming world.
You’ll take ownership of paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta, focusing on high-performing and compliant user acquisition strategies for iGaming products. Your work will directly influence growth across multiple global markets, leveraging your analytical mindset and understanding of ad policies within regulated and unregulated territories.
- Plan, launch, and optimise Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) campaigns for online gambling and betting brands
- Research geo-specific advertising policies and adapt strategies for compliance across various jurisdictions
- Develop, test, and refine ad creatives and copy that maximise approval rates and conversion performance
- Monitor campaign performance daily, adjusting bids, targeting, and placements for optimal ROI
- Analyse metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPA, ROI, and ROAS to guide data-driven decisions
- Produce performance reports using tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite
- Collaborate with design, content, and compliance teams to ensure alignment and ad quality
- Propose and execute A/B tests for landing pages to enhance conversion rates and quality scores
- Stay current with advertising trends, competitor activity, and platform policy updates
- Minimum 3-5 years experience managing Google and Meta Ads for iGaming, casino, or sports betting campaigns (non-negotiable)
- Proven ability to work with both regulated (UK, Malta, Ontario) and unregulated (LATAM, SEA, Africa, Eastern Europe) markets
- Strong grasp of ad compliance strategies and creative approval techniques
- Highly analytical with solid experience interpreting data and optimising campaigns for ROAS
- Familiarity with tracking and attribution platforms such as Voluum, Binom, or RedTrack (advantageous)
- Experience with ad cloaking, redirect filtering, or compliance-friendly funnel setups (advantageous)
- Independent, proactive, and able to deliver measurable results with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and reporting abilities
- Bonus: Knowledge of affiliate campaigns, CPA traffic sources, TikTok Ads, Native Ads, or crypto casino campaigns
