As a Social Media Marketing Assistant, you will support our marketing campaigns, engage with online communities, and help strengthen our brand presence across multiple social media platforms. Assist in creating, curating, and scheduling engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and engage with the audience professionally.
Track and report on social media performance using analytics tools, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
Support marketing campaigns by providing creative input, preparing graphics, or contributing to content development.
Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and implement innovative social media strategies.
Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media and digital marketing.
Basic understanding of major social media platforms and their functionalities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate new ideas for content and campaigns.
Familiarity with basic graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Spark) is a plus.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and in a remote team environment.
No prior professional experience required; fresh graduates or individuals with relevant internships/projects are encouraged to apply.
Experience managing personal or professional social media accounts is a bonus.
Flexible remote work schedule, typically 20–30 hours per week for part-time or full-time options depending on availability.
Some occasional coordination during standard business hours may be required.
Knowledge of digital marketing principles and social media engagement strategies.
Ability to analyze social media metrics and draw actionable insights.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and platforms.
