A digital marketing agency is seeking a strategic Digital Account Manager to foster relationships with SaaS and tech clients, guiding them toward long-term organic growth. This full-time role, based in South Africa, requires 3-5 years of client-facing experience. Responsibilities include managing client communications, aligning project deliverables, and identifying growth opportunities. The position offers a home office setup, annual leave, and a continuous learning culture.

We’re looking for a strategic Digital Account Manager to build strong relationships with our SaaS and tech clients and guide them toward long‑term organic growth.
This is a strategic account management role – not an execution role.
You don’t need to be an SEO expert – you’ll work closely with our specialists and learn how SEO ties to business outcomes. Your value is in translating strategy, advising clients, and driving account success.
This role is ideal for someone who is commercially minded, confident with clients, and excited to grow into a senior account management role.
