We're looking for a high‑level Executive Assistant who can provide end‑to‑end support across operations, communication, scheduling, and day‑to‑day execution for leadership.
This role goes beyond basic admin.
You'll serve as a strategic partner who brings order, clarity, and momentum to a fast‑moving environment.
You'll handle a mix of calendar management, email triage, project coordination, research, and communication support—ensuring priorities are managed, decisions are well‑informed, and workflows stay aligned.

You will be paid in USD (bi‑monthly: every 15th and 30th)

Direct partnership with founders and leadership
High visibility across operations, strategic initiatives, and internal projects
Clear growth paths into operations, project management, or Chief of Staff
Manage complex calendars, calls, meetings, and daily scheduling
Organize email inboxes, prioritize messages, and draft replies when needed
Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed notes, and track follow‑ups
Serve as a communication buffer and ensure the right information reaches leadership
Support ongoing projects by organizing tasks, deadlines, and documentation
Help leadership maintain clarity across priorities and moving parts
Build and maintain internal trackers, dashboards, and systems
Coordinate with internal teams or external partners to ensure progress
Conduct research for business, operations, or strategic needs
Summarize findings into clear briefs and recommendations
Gather background materials in advance of meetings or decisions
Assist with occasional personal tasks or logistics
Coordinate travel, bookings, reservations, and planning
Maintain confidentiality and judgment in all personal and professional matters
3+ years as an Executive Assistant, Operations Coordinator, or similar role
Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment
Proficient with Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, and project tools
Strong judgment, discretion, and ability to operate with limited direction
Resourceful and proactive — you figure things out before being asked
Experience supporting founders or senior executives
Background in startups, consulting, tech, or service‑based businesses
Ability to prepare simple reports, summaries, or presentations
Interest in growing into operations or Chief of Staff work
