A leading fast food brand is seeking experienced Bookkeepers to support their dynamic finance team as they expand. Responsibilities include preparing financial reports, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. Candidates should have at least 3 years of relevant experience, a finance qualification, and familiarity with accounting software like Sage or Pastel Evolution. Formación
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
- Experience in FMCG, Fast Food, or Retail sectors preferred.
Responsabilidades
- Preparing and interpreting financial reports.
- Producing management accounts from trial balance to income statement.
- Reviewing accounts payable and receivable records.
- Conducting inventory valuation and verifying count sheets.
- Compiling VAT schedules and ensuring tax compliance.
- Supporting audit processes and finalizing financial statements.
- Managing budgets and performing variance analysis.
- Implementing internal controls and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

- Preparing and interpreting financial reports.

- Matric / Grade 12.
- Tertiary qualification in Finance / Accounting.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
- Experience using Sage / Pastel Evolution.
- Must have experience in management accounts preparation from trial balance to income statement.
- Finance experience in the FMCG, Fast Food or Retail sectors preferable.
