Are you an experienced and driven Accountant looking to grow your career in a dynamic, fast-paced environment?

An established company in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a hands-on and proactive accounting professional to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee full accounting functions including general ledger, reconciliations, journals, and management accounts.
• Prepare and analyse monthly financial reports and costings.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and cash flow reporting.
• Ensure compliance with SARS, VAT, PAYE, and other statutory requirements.
• Collaborate closely with operations and production teams to support cost control and efficiency improvements.
• Assist with audit preparation and liaise with auditors.
• Drive process improvements and contribute to system and workflow optimisation.

Requirements:

• Completed articles or 3–5 years’ post-qualification experience.
• Solid experience within a manufacturing or production environment is highly advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced Excel and working knowledge of ERP/accounting systems (e.g. Sage 200 Evolution, Sage Business Cloud, or similar).
• Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and time management.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team.
• Energetic, motivated, and adaptable with a “can-do” attitude.
