The ideal candidate is a self-starter, self-driven, solution-focused individual with experience in multiple industries from an accounting point of view, with advanced Excel / Google spreadsheet abilities. You will also have a keen interest and demonstrable skill in finding solutions to data needs and spreadsheets solutions of a financial and operations nature, including dashboards, KPI's etc.

This role is aimed specifically at finding the right business partner to grow with the business from within, and not just an employee.

• Understanding SaaS products, services, and systems thoroughly.
• Collaborating with clients for product installation, migration and customisation.
• Determining and managing project and client consultation budgets.
• Coordinating product requirements between clients and internal teams.
• Client accounting processing using systems and processes, including month-end accounting and reporting

• Regular attendee of cloud accounting and related conferences and workshops
• Active participant in online tech forums and continuous learning courses

• Bachelors's degree or equivalent experience in Accounting
• 3+ years' accounting experience
• Experience or a keen interest in SaaS financial products
• Understanding of database infrastructure, API integration methodology and low-mid code automation processes
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to demonstrate an eagerness (rather than a willingness) to tackle a challenge and find a solution
