Job summary
A recruitment agency is seeking a Finance Administrator to handle cashbook capturing, bank reconciliations, and general ledger journals. Candidates should possess a Grade 12 with Mathematics and Accounting, a tertiary finance qualification, and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience. Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure are essential. The position offers a salary between R18,000 and R20,000, with office hours from Monday to Friday.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years bookkeeping/finance experience.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills required.
- Knowledge of accounting software needed.
Responsibilities
- Capture cashbook entries accurately.
- Complete daily and monthly bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and capture General Ledger journals.
