Zusammenfassung
A financial management firm in Durban is seeking a candidate to handle the reconciliation of EFT, Flash, and cash payments. Responsibilities include daily balancing and stock counts, managing petty cash, and processing purchase orders. The ideal candidate demonstrates meticulous attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records. This role requires strong organizational skills to ensure financial processes are efficiently managed.
Aufgaben
- Process and reconcile EFT, Flash, and cash payments.
- Daily Stock balancing and admin capturing.
- Manage petty cash and process purchase orders.
- Process and reconcile EFT, Flash, and cash payments.
- Cull sale invoicing and reconciling payments to EFT using recon schedules submitted to Head Office.
- Balance daily cash automation against distribution schedules, Head Office schedules, and bank deposits.
- Daily Stock balancing / stock count and admin capturing / filing
- Perform daily distribution reconciliations against payments and Delivery Manifest Documents.
- Reconcile Quantum sales daily to POPs and complete daily schedules for Head Office.
- Control and receive daily bank deposit slips and maintain accurate record-keeping of distribution schedules.
- Conduct driver and delivery manifest reconciliations.
- Manage petty cash.
- Process purchase orders.
