Responsibilities

• Acquire new business and adhoc work in line with sales strategies.
• Manage monthly sales revenue targets and performance measures.
• Complete daily call reports and monthly revenue and activity reports.
• Develop and manage a viable pipeline in line with revenue targets.
• Conduct pricing and profitability assessments of new and existing contracts.
• Negotiate and renew contracts.
• Manage customer relationships and resolve complaints.

Job description

Main Duties include :

• SALES - Acquisition of new business and adhoc work in line with sales strategies
• Monthly sales revenue targets and performance measures.
• Completing daily call reports and Monthly revenue and activity reports.
• Develop and manage a viable pipeline in line with revenue targets
• Pricing and profitability assessment of new and existing contracts
• Contract negotiations and renewals

Tender submissions.

Customer Liaison - Managing customer relationships, Resolution of customer complaints.

• Advice and service to customers on "one stop" service provision and facilitating this process.
• Understand and manage the clients needs.

Debtors collections

• Gathering market and customer data and Feeding future trends back to management.

Criteria :

Sales or Marketing Related Tertiary Qualification

• 3-5 Years Sales experience
• Experience in Waste Management
