Client Relationship Manager – Westville

Join a reputable financial services practice as a Client Relationship Manager, providing vital support to our advisory team and ensuring each client receives exceptional care. What You’ll Do:
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, managing ongoing communications and building strong professional relationships.
  • Organise and schedule client meetings, ensuring all necessary paperwork is meticulously prepared and accurately completed.
  • Process client instructions, such as withdrawals, transfers, additions, and switches, in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Coordinate with product providers, following up to ensure all information is current and correct.
  • Maintain up-to-date, compliant client records using our practice’s systems.
  • Work closely with financial planners to deliver a seamless and professional client experience from onboarding through post-meeting follow-up.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Matric required; Higher Certificate in Financial Planning or Wealth Management is an advantage.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a similar support role within a financial planning practice (excluding corporate/employee benefits).
  • Confident user of XPlan, Astute, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Excellent administrative and organisational abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Professional, friendly, and service-oriented approach, with a commitment to integrity and high standards.
