Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking an IT Project Office & Finance Controller to manage budgeting processes and oversee financial reporting for IT projects. The ideal candidate should have a B.Com, at least 3 years of experience, and SAP FI expertise. Responsibilities include liaising with vendors, ensuring compliance to project governance, and preparing financial reports. This position is located in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa, and requires proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in relevant business function.
  • Valid Code EB drivers' license.
  • Excellent understanding of finance and accounting principles.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of project management.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the IT Finance Controller responsible for budgeting.
  • Report on Capex & Opex monthly to management.
  • Liaise with IT and Project related vendors.
  • Manage IT budgeting process and vendor payments.
  • Track compliance of projects to governance requirements.
