Job Description
Main Purpose

To optimise the selling of Financial Services products to customersthrough the store channel by integrating with the store staff, supporting theirselling activities and optimizing store and customer relationships in line withsales strategies .

Key Responsibilities
  • Assistwith implementation of Sales operating plans in stores in line with businessstrategies, policies and procedures.
  • Managepersonal sales activities in line with agreed sales targets and performancemeasures.
  • Compliancewith customer service and sales policies, procedures and operating plans,highlight operational risks and controls and escalate to Regional SalesManager.
  • Integratewith ROG and manage customerrelationships in order to achieve sales targets.
  • Presentweekly portfolio performance to Team Leader. This includes:
    • o Producingaccurate and timeous communication, reports and figures on FS product salesresults pertaining to increased customer base in the store and outsidepromotion environment.
    • o Provideaccurate communication on the operational activities within the store salesenvironment.
  • Assistthe change process when improvements on products, processes and systems areimplemented.
