Our client in the Automotive Manufacturing and Distribution is looking for a Solar Lead Installation Electrician to join their performance-driven team.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Liaise with the Technical Support Manager to review project plans and drawings, ensuring adherence to design.
- Collaborate with crew members to complete projects within the established time frame, following policies and procedures.
- Assemble solar array racking, seal roof penetrations, and install all related equipment.
- Set up solar monitoring systems.
- Maintain high levels of quality assurance and control with a focus on safety.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions and operational issues.
- Communicate professionally with customers, addressing all questions and concerns respectfully.
Requirements:
- Experience with installing both roof and ground mount systems.
- Experience with micro and string inverters as well as setting up monitoring systems.
- CRITICAL: SAPVIA Green Card Certification preferred.
