What you will be doing:

• Develop and execute a merchant-focused product roadmap aligned with business strategy.
• Manage and prioritise the product backlog to deliver valuable features addressing operational needs.
• Conduct research to identify B2B market pain points and opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather insights and define product requirements.
• Translate feedback into user stories and ensure successful feature delivery.
• Monitor product performance and act as the voice of the merchant.

• A relevant tertiary qualification would be beneficial.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner in a B2B or merchant-facing sector with a strong grasp of user workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to gather, prioritise, and translate merchant feedback into actionable product plans, including market analysis.
• Proficiency in managing product backlogs and creating clear user stories within agile frameworks.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders, including sales and support.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills for effective stakeholder alignment and data-driven decisions.
• Strong planning and organizational abilities to support successful product launches and balance immediate needs with long-term scalability.
