Executes accounting tasks and processes, ensuring accuracy of financial records and compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

• Performs accounting activities such as general accounting, financial records and ledger maintenance, reconciliation, and financial reporting.
• Supports the preparation of accounting reports and statements including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, depreciation statements, cash flow, debtor and creditor lists, repayment schedules, regulatory reports and filings.
• Analyzes financial data and provides insights for decision-making.
• Collaborates within accounting and cross-functionally to ensure smooth financial operations and accurate financial record keeping.
• Provides financial information, advice and support to management to help them develop budgets, understand financial reports, and manage their financial responsibilities.
• Participates in financial audits and implements audit recommendations.
• Contributes to continuous improvement initiatives within the accounting function.
• Assists in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures.
