In this pivotal role, you’ll report directly to theHR Product Headand play a key part in shaping our digital HR landscape.

Bring your expertise inSuccessFactors,SAP HR, and integration tools likeSAP Cloud Platform IntegrationandSAP Business Technology Platform. A solid understanding ofcloud technologies (AWS/Azure)anddata integrationwill set you apart as you architect scalable, future-ready solutions.

Education (Minimum)

• Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or Information Technology - IT Engineering

Education (Ideal or Preferred)

• A relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology

Knowledge and Experience

Must-Have Expertise:

• Proven mastery ofSAP SuccessFactorsacross all modules, including seamless integration intoSAP S/4HANAand the broader data estate.
• 5+ years’ experienceinsolution architecture, delivering scalable, enterprise-grade solutions.
• Strong knowledge of integration tools such asSAP Cloud Platform Integration,SAP Business Technology Platform, andAPIsfor connecting SuccessFactors with HR and Finance systems.
• Familiarity with theAWS Well-Architected Frameworkfor designing secure, high-performing, and resilient cloud solutions.

Minimum Knowledge of:

• System architectureprinciples, including technical design and implementation processes.
• Systems analysis and designmethodologies.
• UMLor equivalent modeling languages.
• Technical test plan designand execution.
• IT systems development processesand application development best practices.
• Standards and governanceframeworks.
