We are in search of a reliable and proactive Property Administrator to assist the Property Management team and manage the day-to-day operations of the Tenant Service Desk.
This Role Includes
- preparing lease agreements and associated documents
- all administrative duties related to the property portfolio are handled efficiently
- onboarding of new and vacating tenants
- rent roll
- maintaining strong relationships with tenants, colleagues, and stakeholders
- rapid turnaround times are essential
- Local citizens
- Diploma in Property | Business Administration or similar discipline
- MDA Property Manager
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Min 3yrs experience within property administrative services
