A health technology provider is hiring an IT Support Specialist to manage all IT operations in a multi-site organization. The role requires 5+ years of experience, strong skills in Microsoft administration, and proficiency in cloud environments like Azure and AWS. This fully remote position is ideal for a self-driven professional comfortable working independently, with responsibilities including serving as the first point of contact for technical support and managing cloud servers. Formación
- 5+ years of progressive IT support experience.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft administration.
- Proficiency with ManageEngine or similar RMM tools.
- Proven experience managing or migrating cloud environments.
- Excellent communication skills in English (C1+).
Responsabilidades
- Serve as the first point of contact for technical support.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage user onboarding and permissions.
- Deploy and maintain endpoints using RMM/MDM tools.
- Monitor and report on system health and security compliance.
