What You'll Do : As a member of our support team, you will be dedicated to ensuring the satisfaction of our clients on a daily basis.

Your responsibilities will include addressing client queries, providing guidance to enhance their campaigns, and efficiently handling any concerns or complaints.

Full-time Shift : Monday to Friday

Skills and Experience : Client Account Management : Proven experience in effectively managing client accounts.

Industry Experience : 1-2 years in a similar role, preferably on the agency side.

Quick Thinking : Ability to think on your feet and adeptly solve problems.
