Qualifications

• 3 years experience in HR and/or Learning and Development within professional services.
• Ability to engage and influence others with good change management skills.
• Experience with facilitating cross-SL Learning Programs.

Responsibilities

• Create Learning course deployment plans and manage execution.
• Source and prepare facilitators for Learning courses.
• Monitor progress on deployment plans through Learning Management System reports.
