Job summary

A prominent maintenance solutions provider in KwaZulu-Natal is looking for a Maintenance Manager to oversee the daily operations of a power plant. You will manage a team and ensure the plant's optimal performance while having direct hands-on involvement. Ideal candidates will have significant experience in mechanical and electrical systems, along with leadership skills required to manage a diverse team effectively.

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years experience in a similar managerial position.
  • 5 years minimum experience in maintenance and engineering roles.
  • Practical hands-on experience with boilers and power generation equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all mechanical and electrical maintenance systems.
  • Ensure plant optimization and efficiency.
  • Manage breakdowns of mechanical and electrical equipment.
