Position: Human Resources Manager – Roodepoort – R66 600
Requirements: HR Management qualification. Minimum 5 years of generalist HR experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or mining environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the HR department (payroll support, contracts, medicals, leave, etc.)
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and training processes, policies, procedures, and labour legislation compliance
- Utilize Sage / HRIS tools
- Liaise with unions
- Ensure compliance with company policies, B-BBEE requirements, and employment equity legislation
